Class Trainer Descriptions:


YOGA - Strength and flexibility utilising disciplined body postures, breathing activities and simple meditation/relaxation techniques. No impact. Suits all levels of participant. 60-90mins

BODYBAR - Weight training to great music. All over body workout that shapes and strengthens. Suits all levels of participant. 60mins

SPIN - Fitness, endurance and power gains from class conducted on specially designed bikes. Suits all levels of participant. No impact. 45mins

BOOTCAMP - Weather permitting: outdoor fitness session utilising “armed forces” and various other types of outdoor drills for fitness, strength, endurance and challenging workout. 60Mins

FITBOX - Fitness training utilising boxing training techniques to improve fitness, power and endurance. Beginner to Advanced participants. Moderate impact. 45-60mins

MAT PILATES - Core stability, abdominal muscle group training utilising body and mind training (“Pilates”). Improve strength, balance and flexibility. Back and postural issues can be improved with Pilates. No impact and all levels suited. 45-60mins

BOXING - Boxing is an intense technique based class focusing on speed, power and agility. Beginners to intermediate with a combination of padwork, footwork and theory. Build your stamina and cardio. 45-60 mins
